    Hi Megan

I would really appreciate if you can write more about your pregnancy, how do you feel, what are you eating, how much have you gain already,….
I am pregnant too and switch from detox diet to WAPF diet about 3-6 months before pregnancy. I feel much better, much nourishing and I have to say that green juice does not taste as good as before so I make it only about 3 times a week.

Sam, you can click on any of the links above to see the articles I’ve written about pregnancy so far. You can also see my “What I Ate” posts for what I’ve been eating during pregnancy up to this point.

Hello! Congrats on your pregnancy! Have you looked into natural childbirth classes like the Bradley Method? I used it with all 3 of my babies births and they were all amazing experiences. :-)

Hi! Congrats again on the wonderful upcoming arrival…! :) I was wondering whether you had any opinions about baby formula – I am breastfeeding my two week-old, but we have to supplement with some formula. Would you recommend dairy-based or soy-based formula? (Not sure whether you’ve looked into this at all, or are still just trying to figure out your pregnancy!) Thank you.

  • I second Heidi’s comment. I used the Bradley Method to deliver my 3 boys (now ages 11, 15, and 17), and it was truly amazing.

  • WOW, I am so glad I came across this site. There is so much useful information all in one place. I am at the point where I’m ready to start popping out the babies and just want to be as healthy as humanly possible while the baby is “incubating”. As an environmental scientist, I know that toxins are EVERYWHERE and vulnerable populations (i.e. preggo ladies) should be extremely cautious of what they are exposed to. Thanks again!! Hi! I just recently found out I pregnant! I am looking for a good prenatal vitamin. RIght now I am using one I got at Trader Joe’s. I would love to know what you would recommend. Do you know of any good vegan ones? Thanks!

    Hi Megan!!

I love following your blog, thanks again.

I was wondering, did you take any probiotic during your pregnancy?/Do you recommend taking one?

    Thank you very much,

    Hi Megan,

I know that question was asked a couple of times, but I am not sure if either or not you replied.
    Is Stevia safe during pregnancy?
I heard and read that it is not if you are trying to conceive, but does this mean you can eat/drink it once you are pregnant?

I am very confused and can’t find answers online.

Thank you Megan and take care.
