      I don’t have a recipe for cream of chicken soup, yet! My Clean Green Bean Casserole calls for a mock cream of mushroom soup, so perhaps you could modify that using chicken broth for a similar flavor?

    My girlfriend invited us for Easter dinner and she is making a turkey. I have been making alot of your recipes for the past couple months trying to eat healthy and pretty clean. I always make some of the muffins and goodies for her and her husband and they love them./ She told me to bring over a healthy side dish since I am the one that tries to make everything healthy. Do you have any recipes for a good side to go with turkey that most people might like? I am totaly lost..

      I’d probably go with a classic holiday side dish, like Grain-free Stuffing, Clean Green Bean Casserole, Spiced Cranberry Sauce, or Pumpkin & Sage pasta. Oh, and my Cheesy Spaghetti Squash Casserole tastes just like the classic “cheesy hash brown casserole” that everyone loves! You can search for any of those names in the search bar, and the recipe will come up. :)

    Wish we had a Trader Joes or Wholefoods here in Australia! I went crazy at Wholefoods when I was in the US for a holiday :)

    I’d like to share a great little tip of my own with you….

    PICKLED GARLIC to combat colds, flu, low immune in the winter time (since its winter in Aus atm)

    I’ve found its such a great way to eat garlic and keep up the immune system, fight bacteria and anti inflammatory!

    I pickle organic garlic cloves, carrots and radish in vinegar and sugar over a couple days and add it to my salads, over fried rice pretty in anything as an extra spice.

    I had an Array 4 blood test run that showed I was sensitive to Yeast. I have avoided all of it for 3 months now but was wondering your thoughts about using the Nutritional Yeast that you have listed for several recipes. Would that have the same effect as the yeast that I showed to be sensitive to?
