    Hi Megan! I was hoping you could help me. I’m vegan and sugar -free, however I’ve just been asked for a good alternative to icing sugar. That’s a hard one, have you come across this? How have you substituted it? Thank you! p.s. absolutely adore your site.

    Can I use apple sauce in place of the Maple syrup that most cooks are using in their coconut flour recipes? If so how much should I use? The recipe that I am looking at to make is for, Lemon Cranberry Coconut Muffins, it calls for 1/4 cup of maple syrup.
    Any suggestions would be helpful as I am new to using Coconut Flour.

    I just started eating grain-free 2 days ago as recommended by my doctor for IBS. I was wondering what those first few days should be like if this is the right change. I am worried I am not cutting out the right foods.
