I’ll kick things off here!
My first workout of the week: Advanced P57 Total Body Workout DVD. I love the “seat” section in this one! I have a feeling I’ll be feeling it tomorrow…
I love the calendar! I’m going to start this today!
I am joining in, but doing Exhale Core Fusion classes instead. I have found them to be much more focused on form and proper positioning than Physique 57. I have done 5 of them so far this week! Doubled up today!!
Glad to have you join us! I haven’t had a chance to try them myself, but I’ve heard good things about those classes, too.
This is so funny. I actually started on June 26th as well on my own private challenge to complete first two weeks and then four weeks of consistent P57 workouts. I’m 4 workouts in and was struggling a little thinking that because I have to start and jump back in so much (I’m more out of shape than I thought) that it wouldn’t be doing as much good. I was searching for P57 challenge blogs and found this one
So, yes, I’m definitely in! Can’t wait to see some progress!
