I am planning to try a Candida cleanse beginning with 3 day- week juice/green smoothie fast (in Vitamix and/or a Jack Lalane power juicer) for a few days (just after I get over the sugar from the holidays…lol). Do you have any recipes you like for green smoothies /juices minus the fruit?? I love all of your recipes that I’ve tried so far, so I figured you would be a great person to ask! Thanks for this wonderful site!! It’s so hard to find healthy recipes that actually taste great, thank you so much!!
I want to thank you for these fantastic recipes. I am 10 days in to the Candida diet my doctor put me on. I was feeling so limited by my food choices….that alone was making me irritable. This website has opened my eyes to the fact that this doesn’t have to be torturous:) It makes me excited to take on these new healthy-eating habits.
