Do you take Candigone, Fungal defense and Candex all at the same time when you are doing a candida detox? It seems like Candigone and Candex serve the same purpose and I could do either one. Thanks for your help!

Hi, I know the mini trampoline is a great workout and is apparently great for stimulating the lymphatic system. How are the benefits specific to eliminating Candida?

    • Megan

Rebounding may increase white blood cell count, thereby strengthening the immune system. By increasing immunity, the body is equipped to fight off Candida naturally. Any exercise that increases lymph flow and encourages weight loss should help in the battle against candida, but rebounding seems to get those results faster, since rebounding for just 5 minutes is thought to be the equivalent of walking for 2 miles without any impact to our joints.

    Hello Megan:

Thanks so much for sharing all the information you know, with others. I have been wanting to find a website that would help me maintain a healthy diet. I am a candida victim and have been trying to overcome it for quite sometime. I’ve tried Candex, but I still have outbreaks on occasion, especially when I eat too much sugar. I can’t help it, but I pay in the end. I’ve also tried the Tea Tree Oil suppositories, they are helpful.

Hi and congratulations! I just found your site and love it! I was wondering how long and how often you would use these products to do a candida cleanse? Also how do you know what herbs are safe to take together, as well as prescripion drugs? I am on carafate for gastritis and don’t want to irritate my stomach further or have an interaction. I was also interested in getting info on your coaching services-thanks!

    Hi Megan!

I love your blog so much, and have been following a lot of your dietary guidelines for months now. I love that your guidelines don’t take long to notice a difference. It’s amazing how quickly your body begins to heal when you begin to treat it correctly (and it helps that I can’t get enough of that apple cider vinaigrette dressing..)

I have a question regarding the probiotic you have posted here, though. It seems to be exactly what I’m looking for, and it looks relatively small in the picture. I’m a little bit of a weenie when it comes to swallowing pills though.. So I’m wondering if it is as small as it looks and easy to swallow. I’d check in a store somewhere but I can’t seem to find them anywhere.

    Thanks for your help!

or if you have a recommendation for a better/more effective product than Ohirra’s I’d love to hear it. I’ve been looking into Primal Defense as well.

      Thanks again! :)

Megan why the dry skin brushing? I thought dry brushing was for tightening the skin and helping reduce cellulite. How would it help rid the insidious candida from your body?

Greetings , I am interested in becoming a wellness coach.

I have been following your nutritional advice and am both amazed and pleased with how healing dietary change can be.

I currently work in an agency that cares for young children.
I am constantly advising the children on dietary habits but I realize that a young child is usually required to eat all of whatever is served him or her.

It has occurred to me that any improvement in the diets of these children will only happen once the parents are educated.I would like to bring this information to the parents of these children.

Please , if possible, forward to me any information that would direct me towards certification in the field of Holistic Healing and / or Nutritional Wellness Coaching.

Deeply, I thank you in advance.
