Caring for a newborn can be daunting. Between all of the feedings, diaper changes, and naps, a new mom has quite a bit on her plate โ€” but very little time to actually eat anything from it! Luckily, being short on time (and sleep) doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your healthy eating goals.

Hello, yes I too had to remove chocolate from my diet, it really upset both my little girl while nursing, then, two years later my little boy too. After they were eating much more solid food I was able to re-introduce it successfully. Hope this helps ๐Ÿ™‚ ~Sandy
