‘Tis the season for giving, right?
As you may know, I’ve been working on my next cookbook and the WORST part of it is the fact that I can’t share these recipes with you right away. Waiting for a book to be released is kinda like waiting for Christmas each year… only the wait is longer. I do my best to share half of the recipes I develop here on the blog, and then I save the other half for the book.
But, I had an idea.
I can’t offer a discount or Black Friday sale on my cookbook, because I don’t sell the book myself, but I can offer you a little bonus! For those of you who purchase an extra copy of my cookbook to gift to your friends and family between November 25th and December 25th, I’ll send you a bonus recipe bundle with 5 of the new recipes I’m saving for my next book. This means you’ll get them over a year early!
The recipes included in this bonus are:

All of the recipes are paleo and vegan-friendly (only one recipe has cheese added to the top, and it can easily be left off.) I’ve literally eaten the Butternut Stuffing three times this week alone, and it was a total hit at our “friendsgiving” last night! I’ve also eaten my weight in deep-dish cookies topped with ice cream… for research purposes, of course. (Ha!)
Oddly enough, the Almond Butter Ice Cream tastes remarkably like my husband’s favorite cereal: Peanut Butter Cap’n Crunch! I have no idea why, but we both can’t get over it– especially since this ice cream is just about as healthy as it gets, with no coconut oil or added sugar. It’s a mystery.
