If you love chocolate milk, you’re in luck.

chocolate mylk in a glass

This “milk” is dairy-free and naturally sweetened with fruit, making it a guilt-free treat that you can enjoy anytime. It comes from the book, 100 Best Smoothies, Juices, and Healthy Snacks: Easy Recipes For Natural Energy & Weight Control the Healthy Way, by Emily von Euw.

Emily’s the blogger behind This Rawsome Vegan Life, which features decadent (yet healthy) raw food treats that are as pretty as they are tasty!

Her latest book features an abundance of recipes for delicious juices, smoothies, and healthy snacks, that are all easy to prepare and made with whole food ingredients. I’m drooling over her raw food treats, like Cocoa Oat Bars with Peanut Butter and Carob and Dark Chocolate Chip, Oat & Hemp Cookies, which would go perfectly with a cold glass of this Chocolate Mylk recipe below.

Thanks to Emily for letting me share it with you all!

I love seeing and trying all of the recipes…falling short when it’s time to make Birthday cakes/frosting, and need good healthy versions 🙂

Would love healthy recipes for kids with braces. Always a challenge to feed them, especially the days that follow an orthodontist (tightening) appointment!

I love juices and/or smoothies that include mint in them, so anything with that would be fab!

Hi Megan, I would like to see some recipe for smoothies with no fruits or sugars. I am doing a candida cleanse and need some ideas for some nutricioua breakfast smoothies. Thank you.

Maegen G

Thank you for all your hard work you put into this blog- I’m on here every day 🙂 I look forward to your cook book! For a next recipe, I’d love to see a toddler friendly cereal. I don’t eat sugar/flour/gluten/dairy so the toddler friendly recipes are great for me, plus I know moms who don’t have many options for cereal for their kids.

Carolyn Gable

We are juicing and smoothieing right now and I would love to see more recipes for smoothies utilizing avocado. Pre-ordered your cookbook. Love your recipes.

Anything sweet! All your desserts are amazing!

Julie A. Nelson

I was interested in a recipe that uses gelatin as a binder which I was thinking you had featured on your page one time.

Hi!! I would love to see a healthy recipe for tuna noodle casserole! 🙂

I would love to see a grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free casserole recipe!

Anything with pomegranate! I could not think of any recipes you’ve used that in off hand. Pie? Pie and ice cream always feels right. There you go, that’s it. I need to experiment with pomegranate myself.

Heather D

I’d like to see chocolate chip cookies that are gluten free and use carob instead of chocolate.

Love your site! I’d like to see more grain-free sides…loaded with veggies! Thank you!

Hi, love your blog, I would love to see thai recipes….. its hard to find ones that are healthy.

a pie, preferable some sort of fruity variation (so sick of seeing pecan pies)

Ohh can’t wait to try this!! I would love to see more dinner recipes! Maybe a casserole or side dish with a good fish recipe, whatever you think of would be great!

Love seeing new recipes here…. Every recipe I have tried I have loved! …I guess I would like to see another smoothie recipe, I have a serious addiction and am always looking to switch it up with a new one! I also enjoy anything spicy so any recipe with a kick I am always up for!

A healthy recipe for cream of mushroom soup to use in place of canned soup in other recipes that I have.

A juice bar menu for cocktail hour with friends.

Danielle Silva

I am always looking for healthy family friendly recipes that my kids with eat. Thanks for all your ideas so far!

I am a busy mom of 4 (11,7,2 and 6mths)…I want to have a cook-a-thon. I want to prepare a bunch of food to put in the freezer. I think the kids would like the eggplant and goat cheese lasagna.

I would like to see more single serving recipe with a shopping list and then suggestions for how to use the remaining ingredients to make another recipe (maybe a chia pudding and then the left overs get used to a smoothie or something like that. As an individual preparing meals for only myself I often find that I buy ingredients to make a recipe and then end up eating the same thing forever until the ingredients are gone or I end up throwing away a lot of unused ingredients…so sad and wasteful 🙁

Hi! I love all your recipes – thanks so much for helping us all eat so healthy. You have such a large variety of recipes already, there isn’t much missing! Since not all my friends eat as healthy as we do, I would love to see your menu suggestions for entertaining using your recipes. Thanks 🙂

    Megan Gilmore

I have a bunch properly combined entertaining menus in my cookbook!

Elizabeth Horton

healthy granola bar

This looks amazing! I can’t wait to try it. To be honest, I’d love to see a casserole recipe next…more specifically, a gluten free casserole!!! =) A week ago I went gluten-free so having something my husband and I can enjoy would be awesome!!

A new snack recipe would be awesome!

I’d love to see a healthy sandwich wrap recipe that doesn’t have half a dozen eggs in it!

I would like to see some chili cheese étouffée!

I would love an alternative to pizza which is gluten, wheat and dairy free

My mom used to make Molasses Cookies- filled with refined flour and sugar and a sugary frosting. Would love a healthy version of molasses cookies! I might have to experiment myself too 🙂

Healthy toddler friendly recipes please!

This recipe looks great…love chocolate milk! I would love to see a healthy breakfast recipe! I have a hard time finding breakfast ideas that are healthy and satisfying. With two small boys, I need something relatively quick and easy, that will give me plenty of energy to keep up with them lol! Thanks 🙂

Recipe looks great as always! I would love to see a recipe on a gluten and dairy free chocolate cupcake filled with peanut butter. Thanks!

Paige c

I would love to see more smoothie recipes!

Brittney Harmon

I love hot chocolate so much I served it at my wedding reception! This recipe looks delicious! I’d love to see a healthy cinnamon roll recipe. (It’d go perfect with the hot chocolate).

Heather Elizabeth

I would to see green juice recipes to help start off this new year. Also, recipes with maca would be great too!

A grain free cassarole I can;t wait for your cookbook Meaghan, I pre-ordered it. Thank you! Claire

Christina @ The Beautiful Balance

Loving that there is maca in this! Pinning now! 🙂

Megan, you have SO many great recipes – what more could we ask? 🙂 Looking at the suggestions….I might say savory bread without wheat flour & maybe no coconut flour also. A casserole dish or something simple. We love your Easy Coconut Curry!! We love your green bean casserole!! They are both SO good! Maybe a dairy free tiramisu??? Side dish veggies.

I’d like a recipe for a gluten-free, legume-free, veggie heavy dinner. 🙂

I would LOVE for you to create a grain and gluten free load bread. Something that doesn’t taste a lot like eggs like all the recipes I’ve tried out there! The closed to bread is your dinner rolls which u make every 2 days but I’d LOVE A LOAF version that I can slice for sandwich, toast, grilled cheese, etc. ANYTHING I’ve cooked from you deserves a 10 star!
can’t wait to get your new book!❤️

I’d love to see a kale salad with an oil free savory dressing.

I did not read through all the comments so far to see if someone else has asked for kale chips yet but I would like a fail proof kale chip recipe. Something more than olive oil and garlic. Something with spices and maybe lemon and nuts ground up to make a flavorful mix that sticks to the kale to bake i to a crunchy satisfying taste. I’ve tried ia few things myself at home and I have not gotten it right so if you could do that it would be amazing……I’m interested in grain, dairy, and sugar free. Thank you.

I would love to see dairy free recipes, particularly soups in the crock pot! Thanks for sharing this mylk. I will definitely try it.

I love desert, so anything chocolate would be wonderful!!
