With the cooler weather and holiday traveling, we could probably all use a little immunity boost right about now.

traditional medicinals tea boxes

That’s why Traditional Medicinals has put together this Winter Wellness Kit, featuring plants thought to support the immune system.

The kit includes:

  • Echinacea Plus – With this long history of aiding in wellness, this pleasant tasting, mighty blend helps support a healthy immune system.*
  • Gypsy Cold Care – Elder, yarrow and peppermint – the foundation of this tea – are a classic European blend of herbs used for centuries. Sip slowly and let your weary body be comforted by its warming properties.
  • Throat Coat – Combined with licorice and marshmallow root, it provides the comfort we all need sometimes to be at our best.

Throat Coat has always been a favorite in my home, especially around cold & flu season, and now the Echinacea Plus has become a staple for us, as well! We’ll be enjoying these caffeine-free, herbal teas all winter long.

Since there’s nothing better than a comforting mug of tea on a chilly evening, the folks at Traditional Medicinals have offered to send ONE of my readers a Winter Wellness Kit of their own!

To Enter:

  • Simply leave a comment letting me know your favorite cold-weather drink.

This giveaway is open to US residents only through Sunday, December 22nd.

Good luck!

*Congratulations, Karen M.! I’ve sent you an email to collect your mailing information.

I absolutely cannot get enough of Abuelita’s Mexican Hot Chocolate. I especially love at night after dinner and a little before bed as the temperature in NJ has dropped down to 20 degrees and the snow begins to fall.

So happy to have discovered this website!

I am a middle school teacher with 150 students, so believe me, I think about my immune system! I love to drink minty green teas most often, but I also love some coconut or almond milk mixed with a bit of organic raw cocoa on a cold winter night. Yum!

In college it was a hot toddy – tea, lemon, honey, and as much whiskey as you could stand, and still stumble your way to class. (Ah, college…) Now it’s Celestial Seasonings Roastaroma with soy milk & stevia. (Ah, responsible adulthood….)

My daugher and I are really getting into different teas. We enjoy chamomile and chocolate tea.

My favorite hot drink would have to be homemade hot chocolate. I just heat up some non-dairy milk (coconut milk is especially delicious), add some raw cacao powder, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and manuka honey. Delish.
