What I Ate: Saturday 5/12

Weekends are always a bit different from my weekday routine.

Morning

There was plenty of coffee, with homemade almond milk “creamer.”

Followed later by a few pastured eggs, scrambled in grass-fed butter with fresh spinach.

Lunch

I can’t even remember the last time I ate tuna, but for some reason, it really appealed to me at lunchtime. I enjoyed 5 oz. of tuna, mixed with goat’s milk yogurt and Dijon mustard to make a “tuna salad,” and served it over 5 oz. of mixed greens and a whole chopped bell pepper.

It was insanely good, and makes me want to eat tuna more often.

Dinner

It was movie night–> at the Hollywood cemetery! I packed a picnic dinner to enjoy during the movie.

Plus, 85% dark chocolate for dessert!

A pretty perfect way to end the evening, if you ask me.
