Morning

Un-pictured: Lots of water, probiotics, and coffee with homemade almond milk creamer.

Lunch

Un-pictured: Fermented cod liver/butter oil capsules.

Dinner

salad in a bowlLarge salad of mixed greens, topped with raw bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, homemade raw sauerkraut, a whole avocado and dressed with lemon juice, dijon mustard and a sprinkle of garlic powder.

Dessert
