How is it already Wednesday?! This week is flying by.
Despite the fact that I wake up at 6am for work each day, I try to hold-off on drinking coffee until at least 8am–> which ensures I drink plenty of water first, and hopefully allows my probiotics time to kick-in before drowning them in caffeine.

I’ve been really “snack-y” around lunch time lately, so I’ve been enjoying lots of raw veggies– baby carrots, red bell pepper slices and a romaine heart– with yogurt ranch dressing.
Followed later by a couple organic eggs scrambled with fresh spinach.
Dark Chocolate!!! I devoured half of a Green & Black’s 85% bar. 🙂
