I’ve been on a raw food kick lately. When the weather gets warmer, I can’t seem to get enough of my favorite green juices, smoothies and salads!
Oh, and plenty of raw treats.
This combo tasted just like lemonade, thanks to the sweet carrots.

A 10 oz. bag of shredded cabbage marinated in creamy tahini dressing, and tossed with chopped beets and cherry tomatoes.
Next time, I’ll try to record exactly what I added because it was pretty addictive stuff!
