Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 3/4 cup wild frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 large kale leaf , stem removed
  • Handful of ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the water, orange juice, mango, blueberries, avocado and kale in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. If a thicker texture is desired, add in a handful of ice and blend again. Serve cold, with a straw.
