Bursting with bright lemon and lime juice, a bite of fresh ginger and garlic, and a touch of honey, this oil-free dressing will make your taste buds sing!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1- inch knob of ginger , peeled
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons Stone Ground mustard

Instructions

  1. Simply throw all of your ingredients into a blender, and blend away until smooth!

Recipe Notes

This dressing should keep well in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week--> so you'll have no excuses for not having time for a quick salad!
