A creamy, dairy-free milkshake!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1 1/2 cups pure water or almond milk
  • 1 heaping teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (I love Penzey's spices--> they're extra potent!)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • liquid stevia , to taste (I used 10-15 drops)
  • a large handful of ice

Instructions

  • Combine everything into your high-powered blender, and blend until smooth and creamy! Enjoy immediately.
