This Matcha Smoothie is the perfect pick-me-up! It's loaded with antioxidants, from both the green tea and the produce added in, and so it's a healthy option for your morning or afternoon.
Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth. Add more water, if needed to blend, and taste it before you serve. You can always add a squeeze of honey or a pitted date for more sweetness, if needed.

- Leftover smoothie can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours, or you can freeze it into popsicle molds for a treat later. - As written, this recipe makes a slightly thick smoothie with an ice-cream like texture when you use frozen fruit.
