When eating this:
Yep, that’s right. I just ate an entire clove of raw garlic. (Raw garlic has been touted as an effective killer of bacteria and viruses) And, to be honest, it wasn’t quite as terrible as I was expecting it to be! I used this little trick that I heard of from Natalia Rose:
That, my friends, is a garlic “sandwich.” I sliced the raw garlic clove, and placed it between thin slices of green apple, like a little sandwich! The green apple really did help make the garlic a bit more palatable! (however, there is NO avoiding the dreaded dragon breath to follow…)
Not sure if it’s helping or not, but it was worth a shot! I’m desperate over here!!
In the meantime, I’ll just be here, sipping on hot water with lemon until I feel better…
