Sugar-Free Gingerbread Latte

This sweet and comforting latte tastes like a fancy drink from a coffee shop, without the excess sugar and calories!



  • 1/4 cup strongly brewed coffee
  • 1 cup almond milk (preferably homemade)
  • 1/4 teaspoon blackstrap molasses
  • dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 3-4 drops NuNaturals Vanilla Stevia , to taste
  • freshly ground nutmeg , for garnish


  1. In a small saucepan, briefly heat the almond milk over high heat, until piping hot.
  2. In your favorite coffee mug, combine the brewed coffee, molasses, and pumpkin pie spice, and stir well.
  3. Pour the almond milk over the top, and sweeten with stevia to taste.
  4. Top with freshly ground nutmeg, and serve immediately!
