  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of Stone Ground Dijon mustard , or to taste
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • water , as needed for moistness
  • salt and pepper , to taste


  1. Mash ingredients together, adding water as needed for desired texture. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve chilled!
