High-Protein Recipes

If you’re trying to reach your protein goals, these high-protein recipes have at least 20% protein per serving.

To calculate the protein percentage, multiply the protein grams in a serving by 4. Then divide that number by the calories per serving. (If you get .20 as the answer, that means it’s 20% protein. If you’re closer to .30 then it’s 30% protein.)
