Believe it or not, salads should taste good.
Not just good enough that you’ll eat it because it’s “healthy.”
I mean, they should taste really good. So good that you’ll crave them again and again.
A delicious dressing is the key to any tasty salad, if you ask me, and this refreshing twist on a lemon vinaigrette definitely fits the bill. Bursting with bright lemon and lime juice, a bite of fresh ginger and garlic, and a touch of honey, this oil-free dressing will make your taste buds sing!

I’ve been drenching my salads in this dressing for the past month, and I still can’t get enough of it. You know a dressing is good when you’re tempted to lick the bowl afterward.
Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Delicious! Can’t wait to use on my salad. My first ever salad dressing!
I didn’t use the mustard and I used extra lemon instead of lime as I had none in hand. I will try it with lime next time. This dressing was amazing!. The ginger makes it so refreshing !. This will now be a staple dressing.
I live in a shared accomodation and do not have access to a blender/mixer. can I substitute fresh garlic and ginger with store bought garlic and ginger paste?
