I’ve been drenching my salads in this dressing for the past month, and I still can’t get enough of it. You know a dressing is good when you’re tempted to lick the bowl afterward.

Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

  1. I didn’t use the mustard and I used extra lemon instead of lime as I had none in hand. I will try it with lime next time. This dressing was amazing!. The ginger makes it so refreshing !. This will now be a staple dressing.

  2. I live in a shared accomodation and do not have access to a blender/mixer. can I substitute fresh garlic and ginger with store bought garlic and ginger paste?
