I know it can be difficult to have self-control when it comes to sweets.
Which is why this single-serving of raw fudge can come in handy when your sweet-tooth hits.
I whip up this fudge pretty often for myself, because it’s quick and easy, and satisfies my chocolate cravings instantly! It’s also a dessert you can feel good about eating. Almond butter is loaded with fiber and minerals, including calcium, potassium and magnesium, which can help balance blood sugar and lower cholesterol. Paired with antioxidant-rich cacao powder, heart-healthy coconut oil and a splash of mineral-rich pure maple syrup, this fudge is a guilt-free indulgence!
I hope you’ll enjoy it as often as I do.

Enjoy!
Substitution Notes:
- I like to use raw cacao powder, but regular cocoa powder will work just fine.
- For a darker chocolate fudge, reduce the maple syrup. Liquid stevia can also be used for a sugar-free option.
- If you don’t care for almond butter, any other nut or seed butter can be used instead. You may need to adjust the flavors, to taste.

Reader Feedback: Do you ever make single serving desserts? If so, what’s your favorite?
This looks amazing! And I love the single-serving, because if I made more, I would end up eating all of it at once (haha). Definitely trying this after dinner tonight. Thanks for the recipe!!
I thought the single serving idea was brilliant until I made this immediately after making your almond butter. The first one didn’t even make it into the freezer. It’s very good, though, thank you for the recipe!
oooh love this! I think I will make with tahina as I always have it on hand and won’t have to pull out the food processor 😉 … maybe with some cacao nibs on top!
update: just made this (with tahina) and it was INSANE good. while I was mixing it up I was worried it wouldn’t be enough… but after it set, it was seriously the perfect amount. thank you for a simple, healthful recipe that is easy enough to remember those times when I just need a little somethin!
When I do this, I melt the coconut oil, mix everything up and then put in freezer for a bit to harden everything back up. I find everything is smoother this way.
This looks amazing. I´m so glad I found your website. It´s so inspirational for healthy yet satisfying treats. You´ve also convinced me to add some veggies in my post workout protein shakes. Already tried spinach, am going with zucchini next. Keep up the great work.
I definitely see the recipe being made a lot in my house!
Love how easy this is to make and that it makes one serving! Perfect sweet tooth fix!
Wanting to sub liquid stevia for the maple syrup. How much do you think I should use? A full teaspoon seems like too much.
You’ll only need a few drops! It will depend on your personal taste, so start small and add more as you need.
Thanks!! Sounds so good!
This looks delicious! I struggle with self control so love the single serving concept. I’ve been in the habit of something similar with almond butter, coconut oil, honey, shredded coconut, and cinnamon…yum!
This looks yummy and I must try it soon! I usually make your peanut butter cups and the dark chocolate bark recipes. Those are super easy to make! I have made your almond butter butter fudge as well and my 16 month old loved it! The only problem is you can’t just have one piece of almond butter fudge.
Love this!
I had a crazy chocolate craving today and this did just the trick! I added some chopped pecans for some crunch. Love the single-serve idea. I usually go overboard if I buy a whole bar. Thanks for the great recipe!
I made this recipe this evening, and it hit the spot! I used walnut butter instead of almond because it’s all I had on hand. Certainly helped curve my sugar craving, and was very satisfying 🙂
I think I will hang this recipe on the refriderator so when my kids ask for something sweet they can make it themselves 🙂
made this without the stevia, just maple syrup. It was delicious and perfect amount for a treat….now let’s get a single serving of the almond butter fudge going…because I def eat too much of that!
This looks delicious!! What brand of almond butter did you use?
I will try with Nutella and cocoa powder. Sounds delicious!!!
This might just replace my addiction to meejoli dates stuffed with AB. A great idea!
Just wondering what your thoughts are regarding Cacao being Toxic? There is a ton of info out there about it being extremely toxic and damaging to the liver, kidneys and adrenals even though it has some good qualities.
I love the single serving idea. I can’t wait to make this! 🙂
Absolutely fantastic!!! Soooo delicious! I love your recipes!!
I ran out if maple syrup and substitued agave.
Hello! There are many of your recipes I would like to try, but I don’t like the taste of coconut oil… Is there aything I can use to replace it?
You can use grass-fed butter or palm shortening as a substitute for coconut oil. Anything else will not provide the structure needed for a solid dessert.
This is awesome! Perfectly does the trick for a quick treat. I loved how creamy it way but next time I think I’ll try using crunchy almond butter! Thanks!
So yummy!
Thanks for your answer I’ll try it! 🙂
Delicious! I make something similar using stevia instead of syrup….The kiddos fight me for it 🙂
This was amazing!
Can you taste the coconut or nut butter, or just the chocolate? Also, how would you go about making a maple flavor? Thanks!
I can’t have chocolate, what can I use instead of the cacao powder?
You can leave it out, or try carob instead.
How do you make it square? Mines just a blob.
I just cut off the edges so it was square for the picture. 🙂
This is brilliant! I’m so guilty of eating most of the sweets I make…even if it is paleo 😉 Hopefully this will help me stay in control.
I’m thinking I’ll use my Pecash (pecan/cashew) butter I just made-just used it in a smoothie and it was delish!
Thanks for ALL your awesome recipes, Megan!!!
I used this to make a sort of raw dessert with a date-walnut crust, which is in my refrigerator right now, and it looks amaaaazing thank you! 🙂
If you use equal amount of Coconut oil and maple syrup it’s just like nutella, oh so yum on crackers!!!
Ermergerd! I just whipped this up in seconds flat using tahini in place of almond butter (no almond butter on hand) and omitting the coconut oil simply out of laziness, and it tastes like a cross between thick, rich brownie batter and sticky, sultry fudge. So delicious! I will add that I ate it right away rather than freezing it–desperate times necessitate desperate measures, after all… Thank you for sharing this amazingness! (Heads off to prepare another single serving…) 🙂
i just made this…so easy, so AWESOME! I used homemade hazlenut butter which is actually perfect for this recipe. I love the single serving but had to double it once I tasted it. Perfect sweet treat !
I just made this with breakfast, and it is delicious! I love vegan fudge recipes with coconut oil, but it is very hard to stop at one. This does the trick. Thanks Megan 🙂
Forgot to rate it! I will be trying this recipe with other freshly-ground nut butters.
Hi Megan,
I really adore your site and I am absolutely crazy about this recipe!
I run a fitness blog for women living with PCOS, erikavolkfitness.com. I’m putting together a collection of my favorite single-serving dessert recipes for my readers and I wanted to know If I could include a link to this fudge recipe.
Thanks
Erika

I had seen your post for chocolate pb hearts when I came on here for the single serve recipe and decided to try this with pb…
Mind blown!
So good.
Man this was good!! Great recipe, thanks.
This was perfect. I used this with peanut butter instead of almond butter.
Uh oh, this is way too delicious. Although I wanted more than one serving, it was actually the perfect amount. Highly recommend if you’re craving a snack but want to make sure you don’t overdo it. A+++
So good! I added walnut pieces. Really took care of a sweet tooth! Thank you!
