Welcome!

I'm an illustrator and Holistic Health Counselor living in Los Angeles, on a mission to prove that healthy living can be fun and indulgent. I hope to inspire others to live healthier lives by sharing what I learn along the way!

Five for Friday

To kick off the weekend, here are five things I think you might enjoy!

Grain-Free Coconut Muffins. I made mine using honey and lemon zest–> a perfect weekend treat!

Juice from this Breville Juicer–> which I recently purchased again. (Even though I have another juicer that I love.)

I realized that I am a very impatient person, and nothing beats the instant gratification of drinking your juice and having your juicer clean in less than 10 minutes. Just goes to show, the best juicer is whichever one you will actually USE often!

Maybe that explains why I can’t stop eating these new cookies… and how half the batch has already disappeared. Whoops.

CocoCeps Sugar-Free Dark Hot Chocolate. I received a free sample with a recent order from iHerb, and found it to be delicious with a splash of almond milk and stevia! This blend includes Cordyceps and Reishi mushrooms, which are thought to promote energy and longevity– and you can’t taste them one bit.

If it’s too cold for an outdoor workout, I highly recommend trying a Physique 57 DVD! This particular one has been kicking my behind lately… in the best possible way. :D

I plan on visiting the studio this weekend for even a bigger challenge! Eek.

What are your weekend plans?

Hope you all have a good one!
