Don’t you love long holiday weekends? I think Labor Day is the perfect excuse to get together with friends to celebrate the end of summer. Let’s enjoy the nice weather while it lasts!

  1. When making the French Silk Pie, which I can hardly wait to try, is there a substitute for Agar Agar flakes? I have all the other ingredients in the house, but agar agar flakes. In fact never heard of them. Enjoy your week-end.

    1. If you’re not vegetarian, you can try using gelatin as a substitute. Check out the comments below that recipe for ideas– I think a few people shared the ratios they used!
