With less than a week to go before the big feast, I thought I’d share a quick round-up of all of my favorite healthy Thanksgiving recipes, to make them easier to find for your holiday needs.

I like to tackle my holiday grocery shopping as early as possible, so I can avoid the long lines next week, but I’m also hoping to taste-test a couple more recipes before we serve the official meal. The more tasty holiday dishes we can squeeze in, the better. If you haven’t finalized your menu yet, I hope one or more of these dishes will inspire you!

Healthy and gluten-free Thanksgiving RecipesRecipes from the top clockwise:

1. Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

2. Spiced Cranberry Sauce

3. Mashed Cauliflower “Potatoes”

4. Wild Rice & Mushroom Stuffing

5. Grain-free Pumpkin Bars

6. Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes

7. Clean Green Bean Casserole

8. Grain-Free Stuffing

9. No-Bake Pecan Pie Bars

10. No-Bake Pumpkin Pie Tarts

Whatever your plans for the upcoming holiday may be, I hope you all have a delicious meal and even better company!

  1. Yum!! That cranberry sauce looks so good. I’m definitely using that recipe next week. I love the idea of adding ginger. Thanks!
