With less than a week to go before the big feast, I thought I’d share a quick round-up of all of my favorite healthy Thanksgiving recipes, to make them easier to find for your holiday needs.
I like to tackle my holiday grocery shopping as early as possible, so I can avoid the long lines next week, but I’m also hoping to taste-test a couple more recipes before we serve the official meal. The more tasty holiday dishes we can squeeze in, the better. If you haven’t finalized your menu yet, I hope one or more of these dishes will inspire you!
Recipes from the top clockwise:
1. Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
3. Mashed Cauliflower “Potatoes”
4. Wild Rice & Mushroom Stuffing
6. Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes

Whatever your plans for the upcoming holiday may be, I hope you all have a delicious meal and even better company!
Yum!! That cranberry sauce looks so good. I’m definitely using that recipe next week. I love the idea of adding ginger. Thanks!
All these recipes look delicious!! Thanks for posting them all together for a handy reference.
Let’s get this type of food into our school lunches. #thanksmichelleobama
