I started my day with a 16 oz. green juice from Earthbar. This cucumber, kale, lemon and green apple blend tastes like a green lemonade!
I’m still loving my new Sunwarrior protein powder! In this mix: a frozen banana, a scoop of protein powder, 2 large handfuls of fresh spinach, a spoonful of sunflower seed butter, water and ice. Filling and delicious!
A large romaine salad smothered in creamy tahini dressing, and topped with steamed beets and cherry tomatoes. I forgot how much I love that tahini dressing!
Followed by an individual portion of raw almond butter fudge, made without the honey. Thanks to the I Quit Sugar Challenge, I’ve noticed my taste buds have adjusted to enjoying less sweetness– plain almond butter tastes pretty sweet to me now!
Mixed green salad topped with half an avocado, beets, tomatoes and my Honey Dijon dressing.
Followed by two bowls of homemade butternut squash soup. I’ve been on a serious soup-kick lately–> I think I could have it for dinner every night!
