I wasn’t raised as a “healthy eater,” but I’ve spent the past 20 years learning how to make my favorite meals healthier. (Without sacrificing flavor!)
My healthy eating journey hasn’t always been easy. I struggled with binge eating and yo-yo dieting because I was certain that I just needed to figure out the “perfect diet.” I even spent years studying nutrition at IIN and NHI College. Over time, I learned that eating consistently is far more important than trying a drastic detox or fad diet.
